How to place a your first bet

For the experienced online player placing a bet is very easy. The good news is that it is effortless to do even for the complete beginner. In our guide, we will use the Unibet sportsbook as an example. But remember that it is just as easy to use any of our other sportsbooks.

Registration and Login

Go to the sports book by clicking on the menu in the top left corner on your phone and choose sports.

You can easily navigate to the In-Play (live) games, choose to check out all events, your bets and search for a specific event. Let’s check out All sports.

Amazing we know, and in this section, we can find all the available events on the betting site (there is a lot). By scrolling down, we can discover all kinds of sports, games, and events. We want to place a bet on the Premier League. Easy enough we find the most popular leagues at the top.

So many different upcoming games to choose among. Which one would you want? We will settle with Arsenal against Burnley. To place a simple 1X2 bet, you can get simply the odds in the green boxes. We chose Arsenal to win. If you want more option to bet on click on the small +146 button on the right part of the game, next to the Live button.

When you click on the Arsenal game, you will be taken to the page with all the bets available for the game. In this example, we just want to put a bet on Arsenal to win. Plain and simple.

So we just chose Arsenal to win which takes us to our betting slip.

In the betting slip, all we need to do is to choose the amount to bet. We can see the total stake and the potential payout. When we push Place to bet the bet will be placed and we can sit back and enjoy the game!

Just like that, you have placed your bet. As you can see it is straightforward to do. We have used mobile print screens in our example, but it works exactly the same if you are betting using a computer. The difference? You will have a bigger screen.
